To successfully provide a staff member, please follow the steps below:
- You can access all your requests via your dashboard. Search for the requests for which you want to offer employees.
- Select the desired request for which you would like to offer a staff member.
- The request to be filled by an offer is highlighted in green at the top. Scroll further down to see the available staff.
- Select the suitable and available person by marking the corresponding box with a "V". This will mark the staff member as available for this request.
- Click on the button "Offer employees" to continue the process. This opens another window.
- Add the necessary information required for the employee's offer.
- At the end, you can officially offer the employee by clicking on the corresponding button or link. This completes the process.
Can I offer several employees for the same request?
Yes, you can offer more than one staff member for the same request, provided they are available and meet the requirements. Simply repeat the process above to select and offer additional staff.
Can I still change the employee's information after the offer?
In most cases, you will not be able to change the employee's information after the offer. Make sure you enter all the required information correctly before the final offer. If changes are required, please contact support or the relevant department to make further adjustments.
