Where can I add new employees?

To add new (external) staff, please follow the steps below:

  1. Search for the button "Create new candidates" on your dashboard or find it in the side menu "Employees".
  2. Click on the button "Create new candidates" to start the process.

  3. Another window will open. Please fill in all the necessary fields to enter the new employee's information.
  4. At the end of the process you can save the new employee. The employee is automatically displayed under the tab "Employees".

Where can I find the button "Create new candidates"?

You can find the button "Create new candidates" either on your dashboard or in the side menu "Staff". Look for the corresponding button in one of these two places.

What information do I need to provide when adding a new employee?

When adding a new employee, various information is required. Please fill in all the necessary fields to enter the relevant information such as name, contact information, position, qualifications, etc. Make sure that you fill in all relevant information correctly and completely.

What happens after I have saved the new employee?

After you have successfully saved the new employee, he or she is automatically displayed under the "Employees" tab. You can then manage further actions such as assignments, contracts or other relevant information for the employee.
