How do I change the status of a personnel request?
To change the status of a staff request, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Requests" section of the dashboard. This section gives access to all staff requests that have been made.
- On the right side of the screen you will find the "Status" section. Here you can see the different status options for the staff requests.
- Select the specific personnel request for which you want to change the status.
- Set the desired status for the request by selecting the appropriate option. Possible status options can be, for example, "Open", "In progress", "Rejected" or "Closed".
- Save the changes to complete the process. This will successfully change the status of your recruitment request.
Can I subsequently change the status of a personnel request?
Yes, you can change the status of a staffing request at a later date. If circumstances change or more information becomes available, you usually have the option to adjust the status. To do so, go back to the "Requests" section, select the relevant staff request and follow the steps above to change the status again. Note, however, that the ability to change the status may depend on individual permissions and settings in the software.
